That time of year school soon starting. Trying to get the last of the vacations in for family and friends, fairs, flea markets, outings, camping, and then the wonderful shopping for school supplies and clothing. Also, some are heading off to college taking a big step into their new lives. Hope everyone got their favorite cup of drink this morning. I wish you all well.

Good Morning at LilacsNDreams Chit Chat Coffee Shoppe

So, what has everyone been up to lately? Me? Well, started working on some projects...so I was gluing, searching for the right color of ribbon/material to use to make a bow on an item I have completed. But, after looking at it, and picturing it, I decided it needs just a little touch to it. So, hopefully I found something to work, and match up, and to give it that "touch" I think it needs:)

Other than that not too much of anything else really. I have been spending time with a social network that has a new platform, and is open to everyone too. That place is called Treasure Seekers Unite. Just a small place to get together to converse, and share things:)

Good Morning, and Welcome to LilacsNDreams Chit~Chat Coffee Shoppe! Glad to see you here, and hope all are doing well. 

Whew! I don't know how it has been for all of you, but we have had 98+ degree weather here, HOT, Humid, with no kind of a breeze at all. Course, if there was a wind, I suspect it would be hot too:) 

Been busy babysitting grand baby a little bit. Had her Saturday night, watched her for a few hours Monday night, and she just left me again a little bit ago. I am beat! Not really from her, but being outside mowing kind of relaxes you enough to sleep....which I have issues with at night. So, was hoping to sleep tonight. But, I have a daughter who has been really good with last minute notices of babysitting. I might have to say No one of these times so I can have some Me time to do my thing, catch up on things, and get ready to work with some more projects. Need to get a few things done with painting, gluing, creating, and a little more creating. Season will be changing, and time to get some of it done to get it listed:)

Well, I do hope this finds everyone having a splendid morning, day, evening....whenever you were able to stop by. One good thing....shoppe is open 24 hours here:) Take care everyone.

Welcome to LilacsNDreams Chit~Chat Coffee Shoppe! Glad to see you stopping by, and visiting with me this morning. 

My night ended really good last night. I went over to see a friend of mine I had not seen for a very long time. Was just a pop in visit, but it was good to see her, share some things, and check up on things too. Always good to see a friend, and share some of your excitement of things you have been doing, or that they have been doing too. Time goes to fast, and never enough time for everything, is there? At least we seen each other, got to say Hi, and check up on what we have all been doing with ourselves. 

I am proud of her. She showed an interest with taking pictures, and being creative with photography, doing CDs, and so on. She is a self learner, and now has her own brick and mortar store, and is doing well with things. I am happy for her. I had told her some things of what I had been doing, and how I was changing things, and doing something that I am having fun with, and enjoying. She liked to hear it, and commented I was doing something I liked doing, and was good with. Now....to get some more pieces done, and start getting them out there to sell:)

I hope this finds everyone doing well this Saturday morning with a cup of your favorite wake up drink. Stay cool, and hope it is not too hot for where you all are at. Good Morning Friends, and hope ya'll got your cup-of-joe in your hand, and starting the morning off good. Me? Coffee really isn't my thing, but sure do enjoy a good cappucino to get the juices started for the morning. In fact, think I might go into town to friend's coffee shop, sit a while, converse, and have me a good cup of cappucino:)

By the way, it is ok to grab a doughnut, cookie, jelly roll, toast, or whatever you desire. I won't tell anyone about them there sweets that are being snuck in:) Here is to wishing ya'll a wonder Happy Hump Day! I wanted to make a quick note to everyone apologizing for any inconvenience you might have experienced during the times of me working with my pages. I have been adding, removing, rearranging, and so on trying to make things a bit more simpler for you, and also for me:)

I had in the right side bar My Blog Pages to Visit, and today have removed that. I worry about things getting cluttered in that bar, and try to maintain things the best I can. So, when you look above, under my banner you will notice that the tabs are there for the pages I now have. Just give them a click, and you will be taken to the page. Whew! Trial, and error, more error, and so on....finally I am able to do what I have been trying to achieve. Each place always has a curve it can throw, got it with blogger as well, but things are looking up now:)

I wanted to remind everyone that on the right side of this page is My Blog Pages to Visit list. Due to circumstances with blogger, and what they meant by the 10 pages they allow, misleading is what is was. Anyway, like many other bloggers I have made another way to have the pages I wanted, how I wanted them, and to make them that everyone could interact with the pages. I wanted to work with more than the static pages blogger offered, and so that everyone would be able to share, and comment with things too.

When you get a chance, visit with some of the different pages I have done so far. I have been working so that not everything is on one page, gets boring for some, and of course gets too winded....as we all know I can be sometimes...LOL:)

Hello, and Welcome to Chit Chat Coffee Shoppe, A Place to Gather. 

Well, I hope everyone had a great weekend, and was able to enjoy all if not most of it. It wasn't too bad here. Always hard when a holiday falls on a Monday because to me, the rest of my week is always off then. My days are off, I lose track of the time, the days, and so on. Sometimes, feels like I am playing catch up....which has happened this week. Our one child is out of the home, has a daughter, and is married. But, sure has me on my toes with last minute babysitting all the time, I need help running here, I need help running there, and I honestly am feeling very worn out this week from her. Her husband don't seem to care, and well....let's not get into it here about him, ok? LOL:)

I just posted one of my weekly posts to my Home blog page. I hope to get some more blogs added to my Sharing the Blog Love page, and everything else I can do I hope to accomplish tonight. Have to see what the night will allow me to do:)
