Good Morning, and WELCOME to Chit Chat Coffee Shoppe! Hope you got a good strong cup of joe in your hand, and ready for the day! Ummm....I have not been to bed yet, and if I don't get there soon, I might just look like that little guy above....yikes! That is scarey. 

We are now going into the weekend, and I hope all of you will be able to enjoy it with all you have planned, or intend to do. I never make plans anymore. Hubby gets home for 1-2 nights out of the weekend, and is gone again. Little while longer, and schedules will soon change again. That means winter is here at that time, or on it's way...urgh! I so do not like the snow anymore!

Anyway, maybe later today...Friday....I can sneak away for a bit, and get some thrifting done for a few pieces/items to work with. Got the glue, should get a little more paint and some primer, AND some mod podge too. Got some ideas for that use too. Anyway, visit my other blog pages from the top tabs when you can. Good Morning, and Welcome to LilacsNDreams Chit~Chat Coffee Shoppe! Glad to see you here, and hope all are doing well. 

Whew! I don't know how it has been for all of you, but we have had 98+ degree weather here, HOT, Humid, with no kind of a breeze at all. Course, if there was a wind, I suspect it would be hot too:) 

Been busy babysitting grand baby a little bit. Had her Saturday night, watched her for a few hours Monday night, and she just left me again a little bit ago. I am beat! Not really from her, but being outside mowing kind of relaxes you enough to sleep....which I have issues with at night. So, was hoping to sleep tonight. But, I have a daughter who has been really good with last minute notices of babysitting. I might have to say No one of these times so I can have some Me time to do my thing, catch up on things, and get ready to work with some more projects. Need to get a few things done with painting, gluing, creating, and a little more creating. Season will be changing, and time to get some of it done to get it listed:)

Well, I do hope this finds everyone having a splendid morning, day, evening....whenever you were able to stop by. One good thing....shoppe is open 24 hours here:) Take care everyone.

Hello everyone, and Welcome to the Chit~Chat Coffee Shoppe!:) For me it is late night here, and by the time you get to this hopefully you have got a cup in your hand, and are sipping away, and enjoying. Great way to wake up, and start your morning, right? 

I wanted to mention a blog I read today. The woman inspired me even more with thoughts, and ideas I had been working on. In her own way she let's you know that you can still do what you desire, enjoy it, and be inspirational to others as well. When you can, visit Shop Keeper 508 blog. I enjoyed my visit this morning, and hope you will too. 

Well folks, by the time you read this, the 4th of July weekend will be started for some, and almost started for some. 4th of July Holiday Weekend Among Us

Fourth of July Holiday Weekend Among Us! So, let's get this party started with my 1st actual posting to this new blog page I have done for my Main LilacsNDreams Blog!

You know, we waited, and waited, and waited for summer to be here. For the warmer weather, for things to bloom, and winter took so long leaving use it felt like. At least in our neck of the woods here it did. Now we are dealing with flooding, rains, and some light storms. With that has been some cooler weather at night. I looked at the calendar, and realized we are into our last week of June! That means, next weekend is the Fourth of July already! 

Where has this month gone? Where did all the time go? Mother nature is just not giving us a break to enjoy the season by rushing it by us so fast. We had plans for the weekend ourselves here. Was going to be out of town since hubby gets a long weekend. But, with them falling behind on this job, and trying to get things done, our weekend plans might not consist of so much now. 

We will still enjoy the weekend. We will still get some fire works to play with, and watch the grand baby enjoy them. Yes, we are still like kids at heart ourselves when it comes to some things. Gotta enjoy the time we have, and every holiday deserves to be celebrated. So, that is what is happening with us so far. What plans have you made, and will you be able to do anything?
